How do you clean a cast iron frying pan
As Burnt Food Off-On
Once you have burned food in the bowl for, here are some ways to clean.
My aunt told me about these two possibilities:
(1) The best thing to do is burn the pan. If you) a fireplace (or oven, which from the coals and then place the pan into the fire. You can burn up to - but that's okay. Allow to burn fat and foods. (make sure you move the pot on the fire) that does not crack. If you do not wait on a stick or a tool to remove it, until the fire is extinguished, and coal are cool to remove it. Then wash all the ashes and re-season the pan.

(2) If you would have done no fire, the second way, so a bowl larger than the pan and boil the pot in the pot on the stove. This does not work well - it could get out the food, but it does not clean the tank (black dots) from complete. Whatever you do, you need to season the pan.

When my stove, as needed, I'm in self -Oven, if you are to clean, too. You get two birds with one stone in this way; hovever I never try to leave my pots are very, very dirty.

By using the seasoning of the pan first, and after using the stove, coarse salt, like kosher salt pan, and brush around with a paper towel. Dump salt and wash the pan with cold water. Wipe with a paper towel (if you still are) a brown stain on the paper towel, dump more salt and repeat the process, wipe then apply a thin layer of olive oil in a pan. Stick the pan in a plastic bag until used.

How to season a cast iron skillet
Here's how:
Wash the pan with hot water and soap. Rinse well and dry completely.
Apply a thin layer of melted butter (Crisco, for example) or vegetable oil with a rag or paper towel Solf.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pan upside down on the oven rack above.
Load paper in the baking tray and place on the lower oven rack. This will catch the drippings from the pan.
For one hours baking.
Turn oven off. DO NOT OPEN. Cool in the oven (pan several hours). It may be a movie on the computer that has made this after each use. You need a couple of times as a test.
If you use your oven to food it was on fire, here is how the burnt food stains and dirt get.
Tips:
Clean the oven is still hot after use with warm water and a plastic brush.
Do not put in the dishwasher or wash with soap or detergent and dishwashing detergent.
Dry cast iron cookware thoroughly after washing, then sprinkle lightly with vegetable oil (Pam, dry, etc.) and store. Never shop with lid cookware, kitchen appliances, air circulation must be cast iron.
Season with new kitchen after cooking beans or acidic foods (like tomatoes). Frying or cooking of foods with fat contributes to accelerating the process of seasoning.
Do not use iron cookware for food storage.

Heat the oil pan, cast post and take kosher salt, cloth and salt, all the work, the season the pan and clean, non-use of water. which is oxidized.

They always say in the usual way, then left upside down on a hot plate that I go in 2 minutes washing. Once they cooled, rub cooking oil on the cooking surface. This prevents oxidation.

Seasoning the pan --- ---- oven to 250-300F. Cover the pan with lard or bacon fat. DONOT use a liquid vegetable oil because it leaves a sticky surface and the NPA is not properly seasoned. Place the baking in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove and discard excess fat and return pan to long for two hours.
--- ---- Clean mold, let cool and warm water and a rag only. Depending on the water is warmer at best the outpouring from the frying pan is to open an easier cleaning. Dried immediately after washing to prevent rust.
