What shoudl I do? I have sore muscles from working out on Friday. i did strength training after a long time? - how can i help sore muscles from snowboarding

Where am I sports? Is it fair to exercise when muscles ache. What should I do? What can I do to heal faster. Why have muscle pain after workouts?

You must wait at least 48 hours between working the same muscles. So do the day after repeal, not be stored for at least two days later. It can cause damage, but not at the load used for them.
